Farah Bernard owes my daughter Lois, a student over £1,000 for puppy sitting her dog Kosmo during Christmas 2009.  We accepted to do it without a deposit, as she had a problem with he payment. We trusted that as she lived in an expensive flat, right by Harrods in Knoghtsbridge that there would be no problem with the payment. How wrong we were to believe her and her mother Nora who lives in Belgium, who said that she had paid by bank transfer but had not.
