Corporate Wellbeing &
Leadership Experiences
Body-based workshops, team experiences and leadership support for clarity, resilience and sustainable performance.
Farah brings nervous-system based wellbeing experiences into companies, teams and leadership spaces, helping professionals move from stress and mental overload into clarity, regulation, creativity and sustainable performance.
For larger group experiences, she works through Alchemia together with her team of facilitators to create tailored workshops, team days, retreats and leadership experiences.

Beyond stress management
Supporting teams beyond stress management
Today’s workplaces demand constant attention, speed and performance. Many teams operate in a state of chronic stress without realising it.
Farah’s work bridges body, mind and nervous system to support resilience, clarity and sustainable performance. Through workshops, coaching and tailored group experiences, she helps professionals reconnect with their internal signals, regulate stress and access clearer thinking.
The aim is not only relaxation. It is to help individuals and teams build a more sustainable relationship with performance, communication, energy and emotional resilience.
A grounded approach
A grounded approach to wellbeing and performance
Farah works at the intersection of psychology, somatic practices, breathwork, movement, sound and nervous system education.
Alongside her private therapeutic practice, she brings this work into professional environments to support stress regulation, emotional resilience, leadership presence and team connection.
Her approach is practical, accessible and experiential. Participants are not only given information, they are guided into practices that help them understand their body, regulate their nervous system and feel what clarity and presence are like from the inside.
For larger company experiences, Farah works through Alchemia, her wellbeing studio and therapeutic practice in Antwerp, together with a team of experienced facilitators.
The approach
Where science meets embodied practice
Farah’s work is rooted in the understanding that body, mind and nervous system function as one integrated system.
Rather than working only at the level of the mind, her sessions engage several layers of experience at once, combining nervous system education, breathwork, somatic practices, movement, immersive sound and guided reflection, so participants can move from mental overload into presence, clarity, creativity and resilience.

Somatic practices

Immersive sound
Headphone experiences, soundscapes and guided journeys that deepen focus, relaxation and presence.
Guided reflection
Integration and reflection moments that support insight, communication and real-life application.
