Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry, contact, or waitlist forms, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. You choose what to share.

Information collected automatically. If you accept cookies, we collect limited usage and device information through the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, as described under “Cookies” below. We do not collect this until you consent.

We use your data only to:

• respond to your enquiry and arrange sessions, retreats, or a call;
• send you the information you requested, such as the retreat brochure;
• understand how the website is used and measure our advertising, where you have consented.

Our legal bases are your consent (for cookies and marketing emails), the steps taken at your request before entering into a service, and our legitimate interest in responding to you and running our practice.

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Google — form submissions are stored in Google Sheets and emailed to us via Google Apps Script.
• Mailchimp (Intuit) — to send the brochure and any emails you opt into.
• Meta Platforms — the Facebook Pixel, only if you accept cookies, to measure and improve our advertising.
• Our scheduling provider — if you book a call, your booking details are processed to confirm the appointment.

Some of these providers are based outside the EU; where that is the case they rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for any transfer.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This site uses only non-essential marketing and analytics cookies, set by the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These load only after you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you decline, no such cookies are set and the site works exactly the same.

You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

We keep enquiry and contact details for as long as needed to support you and to meet our legal obligations, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@farahbernard.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).
